Founded by Maria Delgado in 1985, Aurelia began as a humble neighborhood kitchen in San Francisco's Mission District - a sanctuary for slow-cooked stews, seasonal harvests, and the warm hospitality that has defined our family for generations.

Today, under the guidance of Executive Chef Sofia Delgado, Maria's granddaughter, Aurelia bridges past and present: classic techniques elevated with modern precision, honoring the land and the hands that cultivate it.
