Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms set out the ground rules for using the Aurelia website, reserving a table, and ordering from our online shop. We have kept them short and readable — please take a moment to review them.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Aurelia website, making a reservation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time, after which the table may be released to waiting guests. For parties of six or more, a credit card is required to secure the booking.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or modify a reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee of $50 per guest for large parties and tasting menu bookings.
Please let us know about dietary restrictions or allergies when booking so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.
Online Orders
Please note that this website is a demonstration project. The online shop, cart, and checkout are provided for illustrative purposes only — no real orders are processed, no payments are collected, and no products will be shipped.
Any prices, availability, and product descriptions shown are sample content and do not constitute an offer of sale.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Aurelia name and logo, menu descriptions, photography, and text — is the property of Aurelia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
